Hi am from Chandigarh I am facing long starting in my car vento 1.6 tdi during cold start so to overcome I switch on and off the ignition 2-3 times then crank the car what could be the issue after the car is warm then no problem it's only during cold start

Steering is around 8k Plus labour... Depends on the condition of Pulleys... Plus we didn't change the timing belt. It was v.belt.
