I felt it as soon as the new owners sold all our Champions league winners like they were radioactive material. Then put Marina, Cech and Tuchel in the bin out of pure spite and continued getting rid of anything resembling Roman. And all but declaring to the world that Chelsea is now a mid table club by hiring Potter and Poch in succession. changing the blueprint of the most successful in England for the last 20 years in favor of the money making strategy of Brighton who have not won a trophy in 100+ years.

Read about potch's training methods and you'll see why players like erikson davinson sanchez dembele vertonghen alderwareld Danny rose Aaron lenon kyle naughton dele alli lucas moura all had their careers cut short or just fell of a cliff fitness wise. It's not a coincidence the same issues are happening at Chelsea. The players warned him when they started having an injury crisis but he carried on with his vetamax bs. He doesn't train tactics but just overworks players to the point they're exhausted before match day even starts. This cuts players careers short slices their potential in half. He has no regard for players even if they've just come back from injury he only who runs the most hence why Gallagher is captain and he's the only player who gets to play a free role. The longer he's at the club the more damage he will do to player's careers. The only 2 players that survived potch's grueling training sessions were literally son and kane.

There's an article where he was bragging about saying he's gonna make the Chelsea players feel like they're having 3 matches a week. My dad's a spurs fan and he was the one who made me aware of his recklessness during his time there and how he made players train with niggles that then turned into long term injuries some of who still haven't recovered yet such as sanchez and moura

Any smart trainer would tell these "athletes" to work on their knees. Its one thing to have skinny legs, but you have to have strong tissues and tendons. Carney and Nkunku probably don't put enough work in the gym like Silva and the rest. Even Mudryk has put in the work to harden his body.

We have played Villa twice this season and on both occasion we dominated them. We lost at the bridge 0-1 due to Gusto's red. It's a game we should have won by at least 3-0. We won the cup game against them. For some weird reason, Emery set Villa up to sit deep and counter attack. Not sure why he is scared of Chelsea. So on this note, I see a Chelsea win tomorrow

There are so many things that I just don’t understand, that I want answers for: 1. WHY THE FU** change Silva and chalobah when they were playing really well 2. WHY THE FU** not keep the pivot paring of caicedo and Gallagher where they played really well and I think they complement each other there where caicedo can be a bit more free since Gallagher is fast. Having Enzo there just doesn’t work because Enzo is slow as a turtle, Enzo could be better as #10 and Gallagher next to caicedo.

Younes you make sense on the team selection. I totally agree with you. BUT Poch does not play guys like Casadae or Washington and especially any one from the Academy. He will play Desasi and Badiashile. Silva and Chaloba will be on the bench with Washington & Casadae. Poch is blinkered and in my opinion not quite all there in his game planning & preparation. I hate to say that. But for me, Mudryk is out. He is not ready at all. Guys, honestly, I feel the guy plays like an amateur. He shouldn't be playing at the highest level now. In Poch's defence, he has a handful to deal with almost like a bunch of "talented" school kids" they're so unpredictable it's hard to know what the outcome will be whether it's against Sheff Utd or Man City, (should of beat City in the semi-finals). Shouldn't get rid of him before the end of the season, that's just a knee-jerk reaction, let him have the rest of the season then make a decision.

6:23 You can say the writing on the wall poch but perhaps him saying he hasn't spoken to the owners since the cup final could it be that since that time we've played 9 games in all comps won 5 drew 3 lost 1 (city) (then of the battering by arsenal came ) now am not saying that's acceptable by any means but maybe according to their view of things it may have been looked at as he has things under control during that period but ultimately he's been underwhelming in league in 2024 we've played 12 games won 5, drawn 4 and lost 3 we've picked up 19 points from possible 36 very very average at best but am sure they'll justify this with their data model but ultimately we need a change and soon

There are two significant factors at play in regards to Chelsea's abominable injury record the past couple of seasons. Factor 1 must go down to really poor player recruitment. They bought a lot of players that are proving to be injury prone while some of the transfers were for players that were already red flagged with injuries, Fofana, Lavia most prominent in this regards. Players like Chukwumeka, James, Chilwell, Badiashile, Fofana, Nkunku, Lavia are all proving to be injury prone players. Factor 2 has to do with the disruption of the Blues medical team which Clearlake and Co., turned upside down by sacking a really experienced, committed and synchronized team of medical professionals, starting with Paco Biosca who was the Medical Director at Chelsea for over a decade and Thierry Laurent who was there longer than Dr. Biosca. Ultimately, the entire long serving medical team, that worked really well together with a very unique approach to how they implemented some trailblazing medical tactical approaches to keep players fit and earn trust by the Coaching staff, were all sacked under Clearlake. Some were sacked via Zoom calls while serving at the club for more than 10 years. Clearly, both of these factors need to improve dramatically but when the recruitment side gets it so wrong, the medical side, sports science side etc., are working at a fundamentally weak starting position. Then when you hear about Enzo's surgery being delayed for months, it certainly doesn't shine a positive light on the new medical team either. This is the new Chelsea I suppose. What an utter mess!
