It didn't come out for 2 reasons, They thought it was a good idea to release a game with worse graphics and crazy gameplay only a few months after their biggest series, SVR11 so it sold very poorly, and the 2nd reason is they went outta business. A 2nd game was never gonna happen. If they had released it later then maybe it would've done better but WWE games hardly sell 900k copies every year so there isn't much money to be made, especially now in the graphics era.
