I did the alkaline diet for like less than a week last year. Not the raw version tho but it opened my eyes to how better I can physically feel. Right now I'm doing a bunch of things to work on my gut health. Like giving up sugar, caffeine, grains and such. Can't lie I mess up every few days but I'm still working on it.
