@@chazkellytv go ahead and start bro.You can do a dry fast which is no food and no water period and rest.When u break the fast break it with fruit like apples or coconut water or cucumbers then slowly get back into the heavy foods.Just take your time.If u wanna do a water fast add a tea spoon of pink or himalayan salt to a litre of water....not too salty not too plain and sip it throughout the day.You can go wayyy longer on that water fast than a dry fast but the dry works faster and is more aggressive💪🏾
