It is defitnitely good etiquette to speak a common language as much as possible when in a group. But having said that, this is a private, invite-only, cash game. You either accept the common practice of the game or you can choose not to play. Although it is not explicitly stated, the only rule to speaking in another language is that the conversation content does not put other players at a disadvantage. So far, their Chinese language conversations are quite benign.

5:43 vivian play was very bad, she got pocket aces but didn't get no value for kings, and she tank at the river that was pretty bad also, the villan who had kings has bet preflop, flop, turn, river 4 times that means he got premium card like as AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK, AQ if villan had QQ so if he made Queen trips, he was not supposed to bet at the flop but he did bet at the flop half of pot, that means he might not have QQ in this flop, pocket AA is very strong hand so vivian, she should've jam at the river for value
