great thoughts and he really put his thoughts in to action. He must be given padmashree award and the stupas which he has made in Ladakh. Must be replicated in whole utarchanchal so that whole melting glacier's water can be tapped and use for agricultural purpose as well as making the barren land in to productive or jungle area.
