NLP Goal-setting: Well-formed Outcomes

One thing that NLP is really good at is Goal-setting. If I remember correctly, the idea of 'Well-formed Outcomes' was the first thing (certainly one of the first) I learned when I studied NLP. And it's one of the few parts I have used many, many times.
