One again the ignorant have struck. They don't realise that Nagas are not indigenous to the foothills of Nagaland. In context of infamous Article 371 A the rights would be reserved for the indigenous people of the valley. And by indigenous, lets be clear, the original inhabitants and not some who might've settled in Dimapur in the 1920 or simply before Dimapur became a part of Nagaland.
