Mooie oude tijden. Die Köln-Oostende met de Russische slaaprijtuigen erachter was wel bijzonder. Weer een leuk idee voor de modelbaan.

Cool trains with character that look as if they have been designed by humans and not by aliens as are the trains of today. Great colour schemes and none of your pathetic present day grafitti simulation liveries trying to impress the young. These are trains with pleasant, positive vibes not like today where you cant get on one without its being a monster ready to devour you. And surely it will with its stifling comfort and ultramodern conveniences that make us sick with ease. And national railways, like that in Belgium shown here,give off an impression of being controlled and run by a benevolent and intelligent overmind whereas the private railways of today exude a feeling of every train for itself with just some money grabber waiting to take the fares into his or her selfish, bottomless, pointless pockets.
