I mean checking airway first, then go to breathing and count respiration for one minute, then count pulse for one minute , then continue with the rest of observations Or can we assess airway, count the pulse and respiration at once

Hi Please I have question on medication administration, am administering 12:00 medication patient had paracetamol by 10:00 but still in Pains. Under "as required medicines" patient is prescribed Ibuprofen can I give it? Please note is not up to 4hours patient has paracetamol.

Yes you will not give Paracetamol but give Ibuprofen .

GCS chart only if it is neuro.6CIT form is used in Alzheimer's scenario alongside NEWS2

Just verbalise that you will let hands dry .As the covid rules have relaxed in test centres you do not need to wear gloves and apron for assessment station anymore.

In exam centre, you may be asked to start your exam with clinical skills first so don't assume you will start with APIE Stations. You will DO assessment and implementation first and then planning and after planning ,it will be evaluation station.
