I use an internal PC capture card (Avermedia GC573 Live Gamer 4K), a Wii2HDMI converter and an mClassic upscaler! My internal PC capture card is practically no significant difference from my external ones I've used that I was plenty happy with, just more convenient with multiple inputs for using my camera with HDMI input as well. The biggest difference I found was with the mClassic upscaler in particular since I use the original Wii and not a Wii U, though it still does give a benefit for Wii U game feed but not as dramatic as if you were using a normal Wii like myself. I plan on making some setup videos next year which will cover what has been the most useful upgrades over the years and pros/cons for different things.
