Very much like the clear explanations regarding the various strengthening settings for different muscles. I noticed though, Compex and some other device manufacturers' device instructions show to place the red lead farthest from the heart.

Hi, just my suggestion, may be the quads placement can avoid rectus femoris to prevent hip flexion. May be put at vastus lateralis

Thank you for an informative Video I have a question that you or one of your subscribers. I have been diagnosed with Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome in my left knee I have been to physio but have been told I need more treatment than I can afford so I was going to invest in ether a NMES or Russian stimulation unit and basically mimic the exercises that I have done so far at Physio. My question is a suggestion for the unit, I am not looking for TENS but I assume an NMES or Russian stimulation unit, in addition placement of the electrodes and settings (I am in reasonably good shape an avid cyclist) I realize this will be a broad answer but i just need a place to start.
