The switch up in "Boom" going from this harsh bass-line to pure cutesy bubblegum core is something I didn't know I needed but now I need to listen to non-stop. 🤩 Their vocals, the production, the concept... it's easily gonna stay on top of my 2024 albums.

Love Break the Wall also, but honestly all of the songs are a hit! Just different genres have their own uniqueness where lines just hits the spot that leds to hesitation on which is the BEST SONG in the album. They're all NO.1 and might be on the road of ALBUM OF THE YEAR🎉🎉🎉

My ranking: *1. Run for roses* (INCREDIBLE ❤️ Literally the best girls groups 4th gen song, masterpiece) *2. Break the wall* (soooo good, my the second fav) *3. Dash/Boom* (I like this styles both, so many interesting details) *4. Sonar* (good song, but Lily's part "no need to worry" needs to change the key) *5. Passionfruit* (not my cup of tea, but nice and I will listen it sometimes) *6. XOXO* (the most boring, but even last ranked song is pretty good!) Great job, NMIXX! Definitely the best their album and one of the best in 4th gen.

7. Dash : I have nothing bad to say about this bop. But the others tracks of this banger of album are just way too good. 6. XOXO: I love this song, very creative. But perhaps a little too laid back for my taste, hence this place on the list, but 6 to 4 are very near, and was difficult to class. Man, this album is too good. 5. Passion Fruit: very interesting progression. But being spoiled the best part by highlight medley make a little frustrating for me. Without, might be higher. I also think a full a cappella version of passion fruit could be an absolute banger and a better version 4. Break The Wall: perhaps the least unique one of the album. But I'm a sucker for this vibe. Just energize me and make me happy. And all members really shine in it. 3. Boom: The last chorus (slightly less good) is why it's not number 2. This song is just so creative ! 2. Soñar: This song is just too perfect. Everything you want in a NMIXX song is in this, and perfectly made. After every numerous listening I'm like "man this song is just too good" like I'm surprised. 1. Run for Roses: I have no word. This song gave me chills, gave me tears. I was out of breath during the entire song and in awe for the 10 silents minutes after, just capable of saying Waw. Not only my favorite song of the album, or NMIXX, or Kpop, but one of my favorites period.

Ngl the title is my 2nd least favorite next to xoxo. It felt run for roses should be the title and sonar the b side or vice versa. The other songs have that mixxpop elements well blended which I like. Hey. Break the wall could even be a title song. Run for roses Sonar Break the wall Passionfruit Boom Dash Xoxo This is just based on impression and if I groove with it lol. If it didn’t moved me, made me sing/hum along, or dance along, would be rank lower.
