The dfficult decreases once your discipline gets to a level that you're able to manage temptations (eating certain things, etc.) and just do the work. There's a lot of disgusting fake weight loss influencers posing as dietitians or someone with clinical experience trying to tell you the only way to lose weight is to schedule a consultation or get surgery from them.

If you look at the past broadcasts and to now with the weight loss, the timing timing of weight loss doesn't correlate with working out and good eating habits. Its fine if hes using ozempic, im currently using a different form of that, and seeing results quickly with working out and proper food management. I think all that matters is that he was overweight and now ges managing his weight. At the end of the day the medication is doing its job, even if he cant admit it.

Im not sure if he's joking but i think i experienced something similar where i "felt" weaker and less energy from losing weight. When you have a lot of fat, it does technically make you stronger than other people but only because you are literally bigger so of course you can move more weight. When i lost weight, i thought i was weaker but after gaining muscle instead of fat, you will truly feel what its like to be stronger AND with more energy. I probably did a bad job of explaining it
