That happens when the front delts and pec minor are too tight and shortened. It's actually easily reversible with shoulder mobility work, scapular retraction movements and deep tissue work. Trained as competitive lifter for years and at least half the big dudes in the gym ended up looking like that if they slacked on their mobility work and trained bench twice as much as upper back.
