Sir, if a proton is having more shielding it means we have to give more magnetic field to make it to come to resonance. So frequency should increase right?

If the diamagnetic shielding of the electron is more, the effective magnetic field observed by the nucleus will be less, so it will resonate at a lower frequency.

Sir I have a question that if TMS resonate at 60 MHz then how proton of CHCl3 resonate at(60MHz+400Hz)..as machine is capable to produce maximum of 60 MHz...?Thank you sir for your nice explanation about Chemical Shift...We learn a lot from your videos...
