NNormal presents: Sketching the Future with Kilian Jornet

Kilian Jornet has always been thinking beyond what is possible, from his career as a mountain athlete to the co-founding of NNormal and his desire to build a sustainable, technical apparel company. In 2022, Kilian returned to four iconic races: Zegama, Hardrock, Sierra Zinal and UTMB. He won three of the four and set new course records at three of them. But more importantly, he also ran all four races in the same pair of shoes-shoes that he had helped to design in collaboration with Camper, and shoes that proved that it was possible to build a durable shoe for such a wide range of conditions. In our new film, Sketching the Future, Kilian gives us a window into this iconic season that really started with his deep love of being in the mountains, and his thoughtful consideration for the future. And he shares with us why community is so important, and some of his dreams for what’s next.

What Kilian did in 2022 was historic. I am not sure if we realize how huge it is and why it will never happen again. Combining short with long, winning, breaking records... and all that with the same pair of shoes! In one word, it's just mind-blowing 🤯. I was excited to find this documentary. I’ve been a huge fan of Kilian. Great peek inside of Kilian’s life and the nnormal brand. I really love the look of the shoes and I just ordered a pair of waterproof Tomir. It might be the shoe I have been dreaming of for trail running in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. Incredible job on this documentary.

the insights of killian is as strong as how he is running.. very knowledgeable... seldom we see this one of a kind of an athlete.. as first time i have heard of NNormal, being a beginner on a trail, yes, i predicted it, killian needs to win some of the biggest race as part of his advertisment of the brand he is carrying..

O trail running no Brasil, infelizmente, não tem o mesmo tamanho que na Europa. Porém, é um esporte que vem crescendo nos últimos anos. Kilian não tem ideia do tamanho dele, da importância que ele tem para o esporte e de como influencia positivamente as pessoas. Eu digo sempre que Kilian tem a humilidade dos grandes! Loved to try Nnormal shoes, but it really does not fit to my hallux valgus, the toebox is pretty tight. It would deserve a wider version. And I guess I m not the only one. Maybe in the near future ?
