Jokic and Porzingis probably the 2 best Bigs that stretch the floor and have great post moves. Jokic is heavier though, he sorta bullies Porzingis in the post. Jokic Vs Edey should be fun to watch, just to see if Jokic would try to post Edey up and defend Edey's post 😂

You dont even need to stretch the floor with a big like Edey. He stretches the floor using the space he takes up. If you watch him play off ball, when Edey plays under the basket and their are multiple defenders with him (either from a teammate driving to the paint, or defenses just doubling up Edey under the bucket) and the ball gets kicked back out to the 3-point line he physically blocks multiple defenders from rotating properly or closing out on the right closeout path. Their are going to be lots of open threes from his picks/screens/physical presence even without him playing at the 3 point line

I don't get why some people didn't understand that big dominant low post centers open up the game more for the perimeter three point shooters. Imagine if Curry had Shaq in the paint leaving him wide open from the perimeter because they'd have to double/triple him? Heck even if they just had to double them. If you have an NBA where the three point shooting is something that is an an even higher level than ever before, than it would behoove you to have a dominant big man inside that can draw the attention of the defense and pass out of double teams. It makes the game a lot easier and your three point shooters will get clean looks all night, because their options are either to let Edey score or give up a three.

Show 7’4 310pounds players with great coordination and touch don’t have to make 3’s .. Zach isnt your average 7footer (Who aren’t even 7ft most of the time lol, AD, Jokic, Giannis, KAT, Sengun, Sabonis ect are 6’10 or 6’11), he is 6 inches taller than AD and 40-50poundq heavier than him, so he isn’t your average 7footer how many guys like him exist on planet earth ? Zach Edey is as unique as Wemby, it’s unbelievable to be that big, coordinated and mobile

If he can work on his passing he could be a legit hyper valuable player for a good Grizzlies team. The rebounding, screening, and constant mismatch threat is very promising.

The so called experts disrespected Edey because he's Canadian. He's only been playing BB since he was 16. The kid is going to be a superstar, and should have been drafted first overall.
