This is fabulous! I have been searching for this video series for a while. I am seriously looking for this kind of real, alive, interacting, on stage, and I found it!

Of all the techniques I've been exposed to I think this is one of the best because it's based in Being...only problem is there are so few teachers teaching it (I live in Ireland)

Thanks for posting this, Leland. I studied with Eric in SF at the very time of this video (1978 or 79). A great blast from the past. And it really gives the flavor of his classes.

Nick O'Connor What was it like Nick? Are you still acting now? I wish I could study with Eric or someone of his caliber.

Leland, Where did you find this footage? What a trip. Eric has not lost a beat in all these years. In my opinion he is better than ever. For those considering this work...it is life changing! Eric and Susana are a treasure.

It’s literally the uta Hagen technique. Everything he is saying in this video is in respect for acting, which was published 6 years before his book.
