If you know how to abuse aim assist really well you should be alright anyway when switching to no aim assist. Because when u switch to no aim assist you do have lock on aim but I feel like it’s more when u move ur cross hairs of the target it then locks on Instead of aim assist when u move ur cross hairs and it just snaps on. Because if u went from having a load of aim assist to being really precise with ur analog stick it would seem pretty ridiculous.

I think the hardest thing about playing with no aim assist is that the customization isn't there like it is for KBM. Sensitivities go up and down by whole numbers, and it's not like you can change your stick sensitivity. Unless you buy it that way. I play primarily on KBM, but I've always felt that the hardware for controllers is just a few years behind everything else. I think that's those things contribute to many people sticking with aim assist (or not wanting to give it up). But it doesn't mean that you can't be good without it. I've done plenty of controller challenges, I do ok, but I'm not pro.

i play KBM as well for atleast maybe 3-4 years why controllers have aim assist its a little bit harder to adjust your center to the target and with KBM its easier, im not like those other people that are on good but i still put in work ... i also have noticed since that on controller you have better movement the other day i bought a elite 2 controller it was on a good offer that i couldnt say no to it, and man that aim assist on the new cod is just something else maybe because i havent played cod on controller for a long time but its just op in other words
