It is a very tight space for the blower motor removal and replacement. There is a ring that it sits in and must be removed with it. Otherwise its not coming out. Body control module must be removed. Otherwise its not coming out.
If you get a wrench light after everything is plugged in and working. Turn ignition off and restart.

@GerardoGarcia-px9nv yep. It's a real pita. Found an easy way. Really long extension. A swivel and the torx. Works every time. Getting it back in is the hard part now

@@BeardedFordTech I know I seen that! This happened last year around this time, tomorrow I’ll be getting a used blower motor and the adapter for $50, also that’s just not the case the fuses are burned need to get HVAC Blower Motor Control Module I’ll have to take to a shop

Definitely important step is a little cursing..at least until screw #2 is in on reinstalling blower..only one hand has the angle & skill for reassembly 😂

I wish I could figure out what wrong with my mom's car her car cranks perfectly fine but it makes a noise we were thinking that it was the blow motor but we can start the car and the air conditioning be completely off and it still makes a noise for a few minutes and then it stops her car is a Ford fiesta 2019 and the air seems to be cold

Not a fun place to have to work when it's 114 degrees in the shop. That BCM looks like Grand Central Station with all them connectors. That interior would be washed down while I was doing the job. I'd be sweating like a pig! 🤣🤣 I'll bet this is an all too common job in your shop as the A/C is used daily.
