Meat eaters definitely have advantages look at any guy in a gym they eat protein that's an advantage that makes you a physically stronger person. Vegetables just can't get the job done for someone trying to grow big and strong.

You would be surprised how many of those guys in the gym do not eat meat. Mistake #1: You just assume that if they're muscular, they eat meat. But a fast growing number of them don't. Just google "vegan athletes." #2: All plants have some protein. When you eat meat, the protein in that meat came from the plants that animal ate. You're right that vegetables don't have a lot of protein, but grains, beans, nuts and seeds do. #3: We don't need nearly as much protein as the animal agribusiness wants us to believe we do. In fact, on average, Americans eat two to three times as much protein as they need. Heart disease and strokes are caused by eating too much animal protein. #4: Humans are actually physically designed by nature to be herbivores, not carnivores or omnivores.
