I'm happy they had an episode with Gladstone interacting with Magica. Remember, Gladstones only other appearance in animation, aside from a video game cutscene, was in the original Ducktales where Magica hypnotises him to think he's in a game show.

If there's one thing I like about this Ducktales more than the original series, it's the inclusion of major Duckiverse characters from the original comics. While I did like the episode featuring Gladstone from the original series, I was disappointed he didn't appear further. He's a major character in the comics and usually to be a foil to both Donald and Scrooge. I'm also glad we finally got the first animated appearance of Fethry.
