NO AUDIO DEVICE IS INSTALLED Error Windows 11

I did a Windows Update and all the sound stopped. Says no audio device installed. I have tried everything you do here, nothing works. Realtek speakers are not listed anywhere. I have an Asus, and they sent me drivers,, did nothing. I even did a system restore to get rid of the update. Nothing. Been at it for hours. Nothing works.
