NO BAKE BANOFEE BISCUIT PUDDING | EGGLESS BANANA CARAMEL BISCUIT PUDDING| RAKSHABANDHAN SPECIAL

This #NoOven #Eggless #banoffee pudding is an incredibly simple to put together dessert that tastes SO GOOD!
Banoffee is basically banana + toffee and is a classic combination that is extremely popular. This no bake biscuit pudding brings the classic flavour back in all it's glory!
layers of biscuit, caramel, banana, whipped cream and chocolate make this dessert a dream come true. And he fact that it's so simple to put together makes it even better. This would make for such a great dessert to put together for rakshabandhan!
How to make Caramel sauce- • BEST CARAMEL SAUCE REC...
RECIPE NOTES-
1) I make this in a large shallow dish but you can also assemble this pudding in dessert glasses to make individual portions
2) I used multigrain biscuits but you can use any biscuits you have- parleG or marie also work
3) It is imp to bring the custard to a boil after adding cornflour for it to thicken
4) If you want your custard to be extremely smooth, process it in the food processor once before adding. although it does't make a difference to the taste
5) I used heavy cream from Rich's for the topping.
INGREDIENTS-
1) 15-20 biscuits
2) one cup caramel sauce
3) 2 bananas
4) 4 cups whole milk
5) 3/4 cup milk + 6 tbsp custard powder
6) grated chocolate for top
