Wonderful Cheesecake! Frozen fruit, pureed in blender, can also be used - mixed berries, blueberries, strawberries - let the berries thaw, firstly. Then follow directions. so don't fret if you don't have blueberries for this delicious Cream cheese gelatin cake. Thank you for a great dessert recipe 🥰

If you're using frozen berries to make the puree, I would believe it wouldn't be necessary to thaw them first because they are being cooked with sugar and lemon juice.

Beautiful, stunning no-bake mirror blueberry cheesecake !!!! I definitely have to make this in long,hot,humid,frequent raining summer to cool down !!!! Will you show us how to make blueberry cheesecake smoothies or ice cream too ?❤🎉🍨

I'm going to try to make some next time ♡

@ helenwon... Blueberry or fruit smoothies are very easy to make. You need a blender, any fruits, milk and yogurt and ice cream. Yogurt and ice cream are optional! Eggs, wheat germ can be added, too. Anything that makes it healthy can be added. Fruits can be frozen. For "thick" smoothies, use less liquid. These kind of "smoothies" are called Milk Shakes, in the United States and are made with milk and ice cream.
Another cool and refreshing blueberry desert, so perfect for Summer.

I've made this a couple of times and it's absolutely delicious, but I always seem to run out of the blueberry puree with gelatin for the top layer. I seem to need almost double the recipe for the top layer.

😋😋😋 can one make this without the biscuit crust at the bottom? Thanks again for your stunning 😍 recipes 😉🙏💕💐
You're by no means the only cooking channel I see that makes this mistake, but in English, "rare" refers to something that is raw or undercooked _only_ when we talk about meat, like steak! I see so many videos that refer to "rare cheese" or "rare cheesecake" and I think it must mean un-baked, but that's not how we would say it in English. Totally understandable mistake to make, though!

Yep, in English they are called no-bake cheesecakes.
what kind of sugar do you use ? It looks more chunky than granulated sugar
@Melancholia.dropdead Жыл бұрын
Looks like whole cane sugar. It can improve the taste, color, texture and mouthfeel. In my opinion it tastes more caramelly. It works good with brownies or drinks like mojitos. Maybe just try it out if you want to.

Is it possible to use powdered gelatin instead of sheet gelatin?
@hiromichino3865 Жыл бұрын
I believe you can, however, the problem is that 1 g of sheet gelatin may not be the same as 1 g of powder gelatin, and there are also different grades of sheet gelatin. I have read that silver is the most commonly used and I have used silver grade gelatin sheets to make her recipes and they worked fine so the easiest is to purchase sheet gelatin.

@@hiromichino3865 Thank you, I see. I have more powdered gelatin than I know what to do with, so I was hoping I'd be able to substitute lol!
@hiromichino3865 Жыл бұрын
@@moner5634 You're welcome. Once you start making no-bake cheesecake, you will run out of powder gelatin very quickly. I always keep a few unopened boxes handy so I don't have to worry about running out of gelatin. Fortunately, most recipes for no-bake cheesecakes call for powder gelatin.
