★★★ Please !! look at here before you make this cake ★★★ I sincerely apologize to those who watched my video and made this cake. Some of you who made this cake said that the cake was too soft. The amount of gelatin is subtracted from the ingredients section. However, you can see that it is included in the video. It is not a recipe issue. But hardening time seems to be the problem. I found that the jelly hardening time (10 minutes in the freezer) definitely has an error. I don’t understand why I recorded like that. Blame on me.😭 Furthermore, I believed 3 hours of setting time in the fridge is enough. But some people didn’t. I guess it depends on the weather or the condition of fridges. But, when I made it, I remembered that it hardened for 3 hours in the fridge and then hardened for 1 hour in the freezer before removing the mold. It was a big mistake not to mention this part. You should make this recipe as I did and harden it for more than 6 hours in the refrigerator. Then set it for 1 hour before removing the mold. Then, there should be no problems. I feel terribly sorry again. ★Cake hardening time ★ Set 15 minutes in the "freezer" after filling with blueberry cream. Blueberry jelly water needs to be completely cool, then pour and place in the "fridge" for at least 40 minutes. "Refrigerate" for over 6 hours after filling the remaining white cream. After that, "freeze" for 1 hour and remove the mold. This work will succeed.

Hi, just wanted to ask if you could pin this comment please. : ) I've looked through, but just in case anyone missed this that was going to make the cake. I love this video, BTW. The cake is gorgeus at the end, looks very satisfying with the blueberries around the side, could I ask what flowers you used alongside them?

I honestly think it needs more than 2g of gelatin for the blueberry jelly. I put it in the fridge for more than an hour and it's still too wet. Are you factoring in just 2g of powdered gelatin or how condensed was it for you? The video looked like more than 2g of bloomed gelatin to me

Made this today! Newbie friendly and tastes good! Some tips: 1. The cake is quite short, I added more blueberry cream cheese layer. 2. If you are using powdered gelatin, remember to x 5 the amount listed on the ingredients. Eg, listed 8g, so the powdered amount should be 40g. As a newbie, I totally got too excited and overlooked the note on the x5. So my cake turned out soft like mousse texture lol Will rate a 7/10 overall. Would be 10/10 if I knew the gelatin proportion lol

The first cream cheese layer turned out fine. The blueberry jelly layer never hardened. I followed every step shown in the video and kept it in freezer for 8 hours before putting the top layer. I don’t know what could be wrong, maybe I added a bit more water. But it was as liquid as I made 8 hours earlier. I separated it by tilting the pan gently and add some blueberries at the borders to get that colour combinations and then added the white layer. Another problem I faced was with the white layer. As I had to wait 8 hours to put it on top, I kept it in refrigerator and it hardened. But I was able to do it somehow. I don’t think it’ll affect the taste but the layer was not as smooth as the previous cream cheese layer.

Hi master, I would like to know the difference between meltet gelatin and bloomed gelatin.
@jacqeneres064 жыл бұрын
Could you pls translate the language to english.thank you
@Eleonora-d7n4 жыл бұрын
Hi,I'm not the master but I think I know the reason why:the gelatin needs heat to have effect...The cream cheese was cold and so the gelatin was melted while the drained puree chunk with water,sugar and lemon juice was already hot. I hope it's understandable since English isn't my language.Also,this is just what I think so I may be wrong.

I’ve made this cheesecake. My advice is to reduce the amount of sugar otherwise it’s a little bit too sweat. And the most important part is to double the quantity of ingredients or even triple!!! As the cake is very thin . Not like in the video 😞 The taste of it is really nice though . Have to keep it in freezer or it’ll melt 🧐
@yuinteng9314 жыл бұрын
I was about to try it till I came across your comment! Did you use the same 15cm mould size?
@olyaknyazeva32284 жыл бұрын
@@yuinteng931 I used 18cm form I already made this cake twice thinking that I’d be better this time but I decided that I won’t follow this recipe for the third time as it wasn’t perfect again...

I made this cake. It was beautiful and taste delicious. I realized that you use a ring pan, do you just put the ring pan onto the plate ? It is sustainable that the batter will not leak out from the ring? Because it’s really easy when seeing the video of you removing from the pan with the whole cake without sticking the cookies base on the pan.

So you tried this recipe. How much water to dissolve the 8 grams of gelatin powder before adding to the cream cheese? Thank you for answering.
@sarunightamber701 Жыл бұрын
@@clhwtsai You can heat the gelatin putting it in a bowl, and that bowl in another bowl with hot water :D

@@sarunightamber701 Thank you for your reply. You mean to dissolve the gelatin in a bowl in hot water bath but without adding water? I might be wrong but it sounds impossible.

@just_another1human614 жыл бұрын
Johanna O just switch out all of the non vegan materials for vegan materials like instead of milk you can use almond milk and instead of butter you can use earthbound vegan butter, and for eggs you can use a mixture of 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal to 3 tablespoons water and mix for the equivalent of one egg
