The difference between the old lemon cheesecake and this new one is this one’s without gelatin (since many asked if it can be omitted). We had this yesterday for Marco’s birthday 🥳. Yes, the vanilla one is a blank canvas, you can add whatever toppings you desire.

Hi! No it’s not suitable since it doesn’t have the same consistency, the cheesecake won’t properly set unless you want to experiment adding some gelatin to it. Hope it helps!
