NO-BAKE PURPLE SWEET POTATO CHEESECAKE || How to make Sweet Potato Balls Recipe

Another no bake cheesecake recipe!
This time round I will be showing how to make a Sweet potato milk Cheesecake, with cute little Sweet potato balls as toppings for the chewiness texture!
=Ingredients=
Cheesecake:
200g Purple Sweet Potato
280ml Milk
140g Cream Cheese
85g Whipping Cream
23g Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
9g Gelatin Powder
3.5 tbsp Water
(Will be split into half for both Sweet potato milk and Cream cheese mixture)
Sweet Potato Balls Topping:
50g Purple Sweet Potato
28g Tapioca Flour
3 tbsp Hot Water
*For a 4" cake tin recipe

Awwwww the color is so cute!!!!! Aw the cake is so small so it's much cuter! When I firstly saw the thumbnail I was like is it blueberry cheese cake? but it wasn't blueberries on top, this is so interesting, cheese cake with sweet potato balls! Love it💜💜💜
