I really like your videos, I hope your channel continues to grow. That bowl reminds of some bowls my Mom used to have, looks cozy. I am one year into Keto and IF and have lost 105 lbs, so if anyone is just getting started or plateaued, hang in there and keep working the plan, it will happen for you! one thing that helped me is to use the carb budget wisely, and I like this recipe because a small amount of berries is a treat and a good use of carbs. One thing I learned from Dr. Eric Berg is don't deprive yourself.. I will be making this tomorrow :)

Your recipes are the greatest! I wish I would have watched this about four hours earlier. I'd have added strawberries to my Instacart order for tomorrow's BD celebration for our son. My DIL LOVES strawberries (we all do) and this would have been the perfect BD cake substitution. The fact it's No-bake, makes it possible to make when we're off in our RV (we never use the oven)! I had some strawberries I needed to use up, this dessert should be classified as a sin because of it's taste! My husband and I loved it and it is so low carb :) Thank you, I would recommend anyone to make this for family picnics, baby showers, summer church events or make it and enjoy it for yourself!
