i have made this it is really good and holds its shape very good , I added a bit more white chocolate to mine and it vanished , this should be called the vanishing magical cheese cake cause once you make it everyone eats it lol !

you don't have to whip the whipping cream separately. if you pour it into the cream cheese and start whisking, it will fluff up. it's quite amazing when you try it the first time. no more folding and worrying about mixing too much!!

My oven broke down so i had to make something no bake and my family was actually really happy because otherwise i wouldn't have made this delicious cake. The one thing i am going to change next time is that i would make maybe 1/4 or 1/3 less cream, for me it was a bit too much. Hope i could help you. Greetings from Cologne.

I made this recipe for valentines day but I made the cheesecake in heart shape and the raspberry hearts on top in straight vertical lines. It was really cute and delicious!!!I liked that it was kinda sweet and lemony but not over the top so awesome! My boyfriend asked me to make this again because he liked it so much!

The best cheesecake ever!!!! I absolutely fall in love with this recipe. I made it several times and every time success. Already tried change the raspberries for blueberries and it function also but there must be plain digestive instead Oreos. Personally prefer less sugar, so no giving sugar with the cheese because the white chocolate is sweet enough and less sugar is still ok in the fruit. But still absolutely the best cheesecake ever!!! Well done really good job. Thank you very much :-)

Tereza Fialová I was thinking of using strawberries, do you recommend less sugar in strawberries and cheesecake? Also thinking of mixing some of the strawberry compote into cheesecake mixture, what do you recon?🙂

vinnyvo 65 Strawberries will taste as well good. I personally really love the fruit part and usually I am using 300g of fruit and 30g of sugar and juice from whole one lemon. I never put inside the collins because may be more difficult to have it set, but thats my theory I wouldn’t mind to be proven wrong. Into the cheesecake itself you don’t need to put any sugar the white chocolate makes it enough sweet.

Having made this twice already and it was a big hit, I think this is the texture cheesecake is supposed to have. Didn't really need all that coulis, since I just used it on the top, and ate the left-over with pancakes :) Even if you don't cool the cake for several hours before serving, it is good. Since I absolutely love lemon I also added lemon juice to the filling, it compliments the cream cheese very well.

I’d love to know how the cheesecake sets? I’ve tried this recipe to the absolute letter and after 24 hours in fridge (including 3hours in freezer) I served up a bowl of gloop. Tasty but still runny gloop.
