Hi, miss rea. Been watching your vids since I applied. I was a newbie in the BPO industry as well. Gladly, I've been one of the top performers thanks to your videos! I'd be a regular employee on the first of February. Just how fast the night changes. However though, I've been having a problem lately. I had abandoned calls due to system error and I wasn't able to report it right away hence resulting to ZTP and NTE. Just requesting for you to make a video as well for existing employees on how to avoid these things and how to survive the admin hearing lmao. That'd be very helpful. Looking forward for more vids! Kudos!

I got hired using your tips and tricks in versant test and interview :D and just waiting for my training schedule and to be honest, i'm not confident in terms of talking using english language. Sometimes I am having a hard time translating and constructing sentences in my mind and also sometimes I can't think clearly, running out of ideas and i don't know what to answer. I always wanted to be a Call Center Agent but i am not fluent in English. Some of my friends says that i can cuz i can speak basic English but i am always afraid to judge me, to degrade me cuz i am not that fluent. I have a friend and he is Former Agent and he said “Some HR and his Workmate underestimate him because he’s not that fluent” and i don’t wanna experience that cuz i am former crew in fastfood and the environment there is so Toxic! Backstabbing is everywhere, they will talk behind your back and they will pull you down. So I don’t wanna experience that again!

UPDATE: last week someone from a well known BPO company called me. However, He didn't mention that interview was for final Interview. Fast forward. It matters if it's disruptive. You can practice ahead of time to give yourself a better chance. Yep, training is already paid.

Some days ago,I was making an interview all gone well about the questions,in addition the interviewer gave me a piece of CNN voice listened and spoke about it, faster was the voice she didn't satisfied all along my explanation I thought She begged me ,how longer that'll take me proving my listening well For info,she took on wait!!!

6 months ako nag work sa bpo , no lates and absences, pero di ako na regular, di daw pasok score ko kahit binigay ko n lahat, pag di ka pla close sa tm's mo kahit gaano ka pa kagaling , you're not worthy for them smh. Tanong ko lang po. Pwede po ba kong mag apply sa isang company then pag nahired ako tsaka ako mag reresign sa present job ko? Salamat po sa sagot, gusto ko na po kasi mag apply sa BPO kaso kung mag reresign agad ako, wala akong pag provide sa family ko if d agad ako mahire 😅
