Couldn’t have said it better myself. I’ve had this tv for just over a month, and I find myself saying ‘wow’ at least once a day when I watch it. Some content has a bit of picture noise, but it’s a VERY minor detail given how it seems to nail everything else. Feels like you’re looking right into the tv instead of just looking at it, and I couldn’t be happier 🥲🙌🏻

Great tv I agree, I just got the 89c two months ago and I imagine the 89/90c is about 75 percent of what the 90d is. I do not update firmware since I got hosed in the past with Samsung. I tested this on the 89c, it was amazing unboxing it, but after firmware it got gimped. My old mini led Samsung did the same thing. The first 8550c 4k I had did the same thing. Never connect it online. lol. Anyway, I got another 89c to replace it due to the original one install was messed up and cracked the tv. It’s back to what it was.

Photoluminescent water and accurate colors are two different things. I have never bought a Samsung TVs because grass, on say a football field or golf course looks like it is green plastic. But I watch your reviews and you make a strong point for the s95b over the a95k. So, is this TV as good as the g4 or just Samsung's best effort to date. And, thanks for your reviews

Samsung has a color space called normal. This removes all oversaturation from football fields, and everything else in general. Samsung delivered.

Would you recommend the s90d at $1700 over the s90c at $1300? On paper, it seems like the s90d has slightly better color, processesing of low bit rate content, and is slightly brighter. Hey quantum, I’ve been a true fan for the last 3 to 4 years and someone on a different channel posted how to determine if the S90D panel is a QD-OLED or a W-OLED. I hope it’s OK that I post this below. QD-OLED QN55S90DAFXZA W-OLED QN48S90DAEXZA All that matters is the last four letters. This is how I also was able to find out that my S90C is in fact a QD-OLED. These last four letters go for all sizes from 48 inch up to 83. So before you buy due to fear of panel lottery look at the last four letters and it will tell you all you need to know before you buy the TV.
