After cutting out coffee and caffeine for 30 days, I was amazed of the benefits I was getting, how I wasn't chasing that high moment, living for a moment in the day, removing my addiction to caffeine. I found myself overall more energised, less stressed, less anxious and more passionate about life. I also talk in this video about the withdrawl symptoms, cutting caffeine out your diet and how to best deal with them.

Good ya mate. I can do everything better without being drugged out with caffeine. very simple. everything. think about that? caffeine was actually holding me back in every aspect of life. wish someone had told me about this when i was 20 yrs old, im now 49, better late than never i guess. Im more powerful in my natural god born state. the new, weaker state for most people is you plus caffeine ha ha. I list a page of benefits from NOT drinking caffeine, coffee all the time. lol
