No Capacitor Needed - Gameboy Advance SP Low Volume fix enhance sound GBA SP

Note that this trick only works on Model AGS 101.
The speaker wires I used for this operation was from speaker of dsiXL. I have no use of the LCD since it is a broken one.
I have also tried using a speaker wire from a DS Lite and they are also working fine 100%.
A Soldering Iron is needed too and a bit of soldering skill.

I just tried it now. It is amazing. Sound is super loud and crisp. So amazing. It went from literally 5dB now to about 80dB. I just need to test the battery life. I have an original GBA SP battery inside and I have started the test at 20:45 on 27/6/23. Let’s see if we get some good battery life still. Fingers crossed. I’ll come back with reported results by the end of the night 🤞

1 hour later at 21:45 battery is still good with Super Mario Bros Deluxe playing with sound on maximum 😂

Ah yes it does not work on Ags001 model. It's for ags101 only

Yes, you have to make sure your volume slider still works.

@@tozac Prerequisites: -Must be gba sp ags 101 - this trick does not work on ags 001 -your volume slider must still work -it's advisable to use a wire from DS lite/dSi speaker -must be soldered

Yes it is. Try it yourself. I'm a seller of gba sps and have fixed almost every gba sp I sold with this method. I haven't received any complaints about it.

@@harrispribadi6969 yes. This only works on model ags101 (the brighter edition) For some reason, this does not work on model ags001.
