Hi! Please make a video how to fix stucked capsule in a Piccolo XS! It is not possible to make a clean wash as it turns on only when removing the holder by construction. But if your capsule is stucked, you can’t remove. There is no on/off button…

Thank you very much for this video. My machine was not working for descaling and there was no mention on leaflet about the needle! The problem was clogged water dispenser. Your video helped me a lot! Now, i can make a lovely cup of coffee😊

When not using for a long time you need to descale it and a crucial one after descale wait about 30 min then start it without a water tank so machine will blow the water and air with dirt (about 30s).

useless ,, coffee remain in the foam with milk drinks for some reason, tasteless coffee , don’t ever buy You’ll need to use a timer or your eyes for capsules and that will screw your coffee I finally returned it back to the box after buying another brand yesterday n found great difference
