Dante pulling his pants and grab his sword is really a great scene because it's work in two way. As a subverting expectation joke, where the whole time he's act like he is interested in kinky time with the succubus, making player uncomfortable only to be revealed that he is in fact want to fight her. It's also work as innuendo too... you know pulling pants grabbing 'sword'. Many of the sexual and non sexual fanservice in this game are like that, a joke that subvert player expectation. Dante kabedon lady, the jukebox malfunction, Dante being eaten by Leviathan. Compare that to later entry fanservice most of it just reference and the sexual one like Lady butt naked scene in DMC5 and her titties introduction scene in DMC4 is just sexy for the sake of hornyness. Gloria scene is good though simply because of how absurd and over the top the whole thing is.
