I'm confused. If a farmer grows organic wheat, where will he sell it at higher price? He is only allowed to sell large volumes in a mandi where there is no separate line for organic produce

Organic wheat use for yourself, create your own clientele, grow more of organic veggies. Not advisable for small farmers though or those wholly reliant on farming.
