@@martharivas8110 it really does because i IMMEDIATELY get a notification that he’s awake (with a time stamp) - I don’t have to guess when his next nap is going to be because I just calculate it based on the notification.

@@roxannerachel I’m struggling. I’m the beginning my baby is colicky and his 3 months. I haven’t had a moment myself. Contact sleeping naps and at night. I feel like a failure. I’ve tried multiple ways but each time nothing works.

@sarifakhan2912 Nooo you’re not a failure! It’s not your fault ❤️ - As far as your baby being colicky, I’m sorry to hear that; I would get with the baby’s pediatrician to find a solution. As far as a nap schedule goes, a 3 month old’s wake window is approximately 1hr 15 mins - 1hr 30 mins so they’re constantly sleepy. I hope that helps ❤️

Does it get stressful to “follow” a schedule every day? What about the days that you’re not at home?

Honestly it’s less stressful to follow a schedule because I’m already anticipating what’s next. I don’t have to guess. As far as when I’m not home, I like to plan an errand after he wakes up from a nap because I know I have 1hr 30 mins to 1hr 45 mins for his next nap to be home.

When I noticed that his eyes are wide open, I just walk back and forth while playing lullabies. Even if it’s for 10-15 mins. It takes a lot of patience! What helps me be patient is that I know it’s time for a nap. - I hope that helps!
