Hey Spencer, like some have said in the comments, Daytona SX rights are owned and operated by NASCAR, not Feld. If you go back and look at our posts promoting the DLC, we made sure to mention the fact that it was 16 rounds. If you go back and look at our trailer, you won’t see it listed in any of the graphics that display during it, and if you look at our press releases and news articles, you will not see Daytona on the release schedule there or the graphics which are currently still posted to our highlights on the IG. We share your disappointment in not being able to have that iconic venue and track, but there really was no way we could make it happen. We certainly did not mean to catch anyone unaware, and are sorry if that is the case.

They have said in the comments before it was even available, That Daytona has a separate license and That Daytona SX is ran by Daytona not by monster energy. And I’m assuming they are asking for a ridiculous amount of money or they just won’t let it happen idk 🤷

If they could have had Daytona they would have. Obviously with it being out of the game, it isn’t doable. Also, most people that watched other KZbinrs knew there wasn’t going to be a Daytona. Pretty much everyone that watched windhams channel

@@bubbalovesoatmealadventure108 they could have, but again, a lot of people knew about it. Now does it suck? Yes, would they have done it if they could have? Yes, but I still find it worth the 20 dollars for the dlc and have had plenty of fun on the the tracks they released so far and likely will when all 16/17 tracks get released. I don’t blame them for not having it because I believe they tried, and with it not being in the game, I don’t blame them for not making a point to emphasize that.

Could they make a replica track and call it Florida SX? Years ago in the NASCAR Racing game they couldn’t use the Daytona Speedway in the game so people got creative and made versions with different names.

Actually, the reason why we are not getting daytona is because the speed way actually owns the rights to the track. Back in encore, they as well dident have it back then. Id figure they would put las vegas to fill out rd.17 or maybe we'll get a surprise monster energy cup. This is why i wasn't so quick to buy the DLC

No the track not the venue is not owned by Feld because if it was they would do that because they did that for Vegas in the 2017 Supercross DLC

Cant really blame everything on mx vs atv. I'm sure they tried to make a deal but couldn't. I do agree that they should have made it more obvious that Daytona wasn't going to be included, I had no idea. I wasn't expecting any official supercross tracks so its still a w, just could have been handled better.

I know you're smart enough to know it's a licencing issue and not mx vs atv fault, it sucks but it's expected, in Australia we couldn't watch Daytona sx on tv because of licencing

He’s pretty upset and seeing as I don’t know much about this stuff I didn’t know it wouldn’t be available or we wouldn’t have spent the money 🤷‍♀️

Feld doesn’t own the rights to use Daytona, it is its own special event. So the license doesn’t transfer. It is a bummer
