Just catching up on watching a few months worth of your videos. I remember seeing one of the Quebec railfans' videos and he recorded the scanner audio from the detectors, and the CN detectors in Quebec apparently broadcast the automated message in both Français and English. Very cool. 🙂

It is difficult to say if it is a real train or a train model. Thumbs up 👍

Looks amazing! You need a Signal Logic Systems flasher kit for that crossing.

Thx. How was de sound?
@meriachee Жыл бұрын
@@MLWQC Sound was good. Too bad there wasn't a way of accurately counting the axles. An arduino cold play the number if you could get the sound :)

@@meriachee Thank you and that is a great idea! There must be a way for sure.

@@MLWQC the CN ones out west call the detector name, the time, the number of axles, the temperature, and no defects. I’ve never heard it call a defect,but eventually there will be one.

Good little video... did you dub the engine noise or was that the decoders?
@MLWQC Жыл бұрын
Thanks. it was the decoders

Excellent run, I love how lush this scenery is. Question: Is this depicting a prototype location, if so where in Canada? Thanks for posting.
@MLWQC Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much. As a side note synchronizing the recording with the end of the trains was a little touchy. Yes its is depicting a prototype location : Ste-Rosalie (compressed of course) Part of the St-Hyacinthe and Drummond Sub (Quebec) Thanks again for the kind words.

@@MLWQC Sync: very well done. Location: Thanks, I'll check that area out with Google Earth. It's a great contrast to your outstanding urban scenic modeling.
