Pwede po, Kaya lang Kung fortuitous event po yung pagkamatay ng kabayo eh extinguish na po yung obligation ni debtor Kaya wala na karapatan si creditor to demand delivery of the horse. Ang pinag uusapan po natin dito ay yung situation Kung saan May karapatan pa si creditor to demand delivery. Meron po kasi obligation Kung saan nag-assume si debtor ng responsibility even if the loss of the thing is due to fortuitous event. Ito po yung contemplation ng discussion natin dito.

Hi Sir ty for this..by d way asklangpo sana ng help kapag po b si Seller/ Business man was made a delay for example about 1day or 27minutes lang po in which under the record of conversation nmn po in Sale transaction that d leadtime po in production is subject for delay due to weather condition thus d Buyer po is in charge to demand to us po for the damages?& na I cancel po ung order for other item n pinagawa n po? And lastly tamapo ba n Hindi po mabayaran c Seller para po s balance payment dahil ngapo s delay 😔? senshanapo hope for your kind help🙏 po ty po.

Kagaya po ng pinagusapan natin sa video na ito, No Demand, No Delay. Kaya kung walang demand si buyer eh walang delay si buyer. Therefore walang penalty or basis to cancel the order or para di magbayad si buyer.
