Few years back I lost 13kg (29 pounds) with fitnessblender and clean eating and was feeling healthy and full of energy. Then happened university, stress, hypothyreoidisim and I fell off the wagon and slowly gained weight. I'm back again at my starting weight. Wish me luck x

In this workout video we have split the HIIT routine into two sections each with 6 unique exercises. Each group is done twice through using a tabata style interval of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest/prep. Instead of our normal AB/AB set up, in this routine we will go through each exercise once before starting back over for a second round through. The second group is done exactly the same way but with 6 different exercises from the first group. Get ready to have fun, be out of breath, and worn out by the time this 12 minutes is up. And as always with HIIT you will reap the benefits of a strong metabolic disturbance that will have you burning calories at an elevated rate for the next 24-48 hours even without any additional exercise. Doing this the first thing tmrw morning! Completed this, my first difficulty level 5 workout. Daniel the only thing that kept me from cursing at you was that you suffered just as much as me, but this was one of the best workout complete I've felt ever. Oh man, I did this workout after doing another of their 30 minutes of HIIT and abs. When we got to halfway through this video I thought it was already 13 minutes and hadn't realized it was only about 6! SO sweaty and dead by the end of this!! #homeworkout

I've been on and off about exercising and eating healthily so I can't say much about my body results.. but a few months back I found your channel and after a few workouts I felt so relieved because I don't feel pressured in doing anything more than i can take. I just feel less guilty that i'm not fit enough yet. Before I felt really scared everytime i wanted to exercise because I associated it with being short on breath when I have a panic attack, and even though I'm still apprehensive I feel like I pushed through that fear. I try to tell myself it's alright, I won't die doing burpees and then it goes finex) it's just something I thought about after this workout, so thank you so much for that♡ also, workout complete:)
