Few years back I lost 13kg (29 pounds) with fitnessblender and clean eating and was feeling healthy and full of energy. Then happened university, stress, hypothyreoidisim and I fell off the wagon and slowly gained weight. I'm back again at my starting weight. Wish me luck x

In this workout video we have split the HIIT routine into two sections each with 6 unique exercises. Each group is done twice through using a tabata style interval of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest/prep. Instead of our normal AB/AB set up, in this routine we will go through each exercise once before starting back over for a second round through. The second group is done exactly the same way but with 6 different exercises from the first group. Get ready to have fun, be out of breath, and worn out by the time this 12 minutes is up. And as always with HIIT you will reap the benefits of a strong metabolic disturbance that will have you burning calories at an elevated rate for the next 24-48 hours even without any additional exercise. Just did it! it's a efficient and time-saving session for a busy day. A piece of advice: it would be much more appreciated if you guys added the calories consuming with the videos. :) thank a lot!

I've just completed this workout and it's like I've been working out for half an hour.these quick intense workouts get me fit and in shape quickly. amazing keep up the good work.

As always, a great little HIIT workout. Thank you so much for these. Over these last few months of lockdown your exercise routines, stretching guidance, etc. have been a key part of keeping me sane of of getting me to a healthier place. Emran Raja I feel the gym is more motivating for me . I only do group fitness and there is something about belonging to a gym like socializing and having a place to go and something to do .

Thank you, Daniel! Awesome workout! I loved the combination between highly difficult moves (jumping lunges, squat jacks) and easier and calmer ones, such as walkdowns. It is a very balanced routine, just what I need!

I did this after the new 30 min kickboxing workout. Killer. Was a great cardio burn out. I'm now going to go do yoga with Adriene to center my self since I need it. Thanks!

Doing this the first thing tmrw morning! Completed this, my first difficulty level 5 workout. Daniel the only thing that kept me from cursing at you was that you suffered just as much as me, but this was one of the best workout complete I've felt ever. It's worth it, I encourage you all to give it your best

I hope u guys keep uploading on Sundays.I asume most ppl start working out on a Monday so no matter where u are in the world its ready. Great to have u guys back. My first video was hitt workout for beginners with Kelli in 2012 or 13 .Im so happy u still on youtube and fitnessblender got so big.

Oh man, I did this workout after doing another of their 30 minutes of HIIT and abs. When we got to halfway through this video I thought it was already 13 minutes and hadn't realized it was only about 6! SO sweaty and dead by the end of this!! #homeworkout

I've been on and off about exercising and eating healthily so I can't say much about my body results.. but a few months back I found your channel and after a few workouts I felt so relieved because I don't feel pressured in doing anything more than i can take. I just feel less guilty that i'm not fit enough yet. Before I felt really scared everytime i wanted to exercise because I associated it with being short on breath when I have a panic attack, and even though I'm still apprehensive I feel like I pushed through that fear. I try to tell myself it's alright, I won't die doing burpees and then it goes finex) it's just something I thought about after this workout, so thank you so much for that♡ also, workout complete:)

Hahaha Daniel, I was afraid 'till the last second you were not gonna say the magic words! :D Great exercise as ever! I admire you for this few seconds of rest, I had to pause for just a little bit several times so I could breathe, my heart was racing. Hey guys, I'm new to cardio and have been doing their other routines for 4-5 days. I can't last past 15 minutes for now. My question is if the terrible calf pain I've had for past 2 days normal? I haven't been able to work out because of it because I cam barely walk.
