never heard the recoil anticipation discussion framed in terms of a "timing issue" i'm taking that to the range next time to see if it helps my brain wrap around this topic better. Gold for anyone who is listening closely.

You need to write a book man. There’s a lot in there that needs to be shared. Great as always. “Long live the fighters!”

Love the new drill. Can’t wait to try it next weekend. For those that don’t have a red dot yet do you still recommend starting at 10 yards with irons?
@presscheckconsulting34496 жыл бұрын
Anthony Belford during beta testing I did make sure that I could pass with irons
@Belford_46426 жыл бұрын
Presscheck Consulting Rog I’ll start at 10 and see what I can do
@presscheckconsulting34496 жыл бұрын
Anthony Belford Just make the accuracy standard and then look at the shot timer and figure out what part of the drill you need to break down and focus on. You're not practicing to beat the drill, you are practicing to improve the skills needed to crush the part of the drill that's kicking your ass.

Loving the vids Chuck, presentation and production quality are good. Your ramblings stay on point and present a very soluble version of the materiel to those who understand the subject. My only criticism is you gotta chill on the gum while filming. I don't think ASMR fits your content. Keep up the greatness!
@presscheckconsulting34496 жыл бұрын
Yeah I quit dipping a while back and I use Nicotine Gum now. I chomp that shit pretty hard when I'm nervous (shooting video where you have to perform for the entire internet is stressful AF). I will try to remember to pack my lip with my gum when filming.

Chuck, any recommendations/ideas for shooting with poor eyesight? I'm -7.5 in both eyes and a clear front sight is hard/slow to achieve. A zones are doable but the credit card is a pita. Any prescription ideas or simply get a RMR?
@presscheckconsulting34496 жыл бұрын
Hans Schultz gotta go dot man. You can get special shooting bi-vocals that will let you see your frontsight but they were made for bullseye shooters. All shooters over 40 carrying guns for a living should convert over to red dot.

In a real situation, what order would you shoot the targets in?
@presscheckconsulting34496 жыл бұрын
Jayesh Patel Shoot one of them in the face before they figure out what's up then pour 4 or 5 on number two center of mass hoping to drop them while closing and anchor them to the floor with a headshot when I got there.
@macgyverishere6 жыл бұрын
Presscheck Consulting what if they were both shooting at you already?
@herbvergara16 жыл бұрын
Jayesh Patel If they were both shooting at you, hopefully you had the presence of mind to get behind good cover and not be just standing there.
@macgyverishere6 жыл бұрын
Sigelitedark only if there's cover!
@herbvergara16 жыл бұрын
Jayesh Patel Move and shoot at angles avoiding turning your back to them if there's no cover. Bad guys have the advantage since they're shooting at you first. Hypotheticals are so....hypothetical. Get training (force-on-force), get ammo, shoot a lot with focused intent and perfect reps, get some more ammo, repeat.

Chuck how did you get that als to work with the top serrations? Also check your direct message from dep110483 on IG. 👍

elephantrider78 I have the same serrations and it is not compatible with my 6354do

The ALS locking mechanism is different between models. My 6384 and 6390's all work fine.

The gum..... Why chew gum and speak? And, especially while making a instructional video??
