MrOffice nothing is wrong with the talking or the flashbacks, the problem was with the pacing. The flashbacks and the talking only enhance the story, Neji and Naruto going back and forth on who’s ideology is correct and Neji’s flashback showing why he did what he did to Hinata which made his character more fleshed out is more entertaining to me than the fight itself. Without all of that, it might as well just be Black Clover. The fight itself isn’t even well animated really, it’s a glorified PowerPoint slide.

Naruto only banned it from the Chunin Exams because he wanted shinobi to know the meaning of hard work and what Naruto did was no different than what Kiba and Shino did in the Chunin Exams and keep in mind both Naruto and Boruto lived in different eras. Read chapter 66 on the stipulations of the Chunin Exams.

ShiNy ArMor if he didn't have Kyuubi he would have a better better chakra control and have been better at jutsu early on and would have definitely known more than just Shadow Clone Jutsu at this point. Kushina was able to be a jinchuuriki and ninja as well like Naruto but being a Jinchuuriki fucks up the hosts chakra system and chakra points to the extent that most Jinchuuriki werent expected to be ninja but just weapons when needed due to the uncontrollable nature of the tailed beasts. Naruto was dumb but he had huge chakra reserves that would have made most jutsu easy for him to complete if he never had the help of Kurama, of course not to the point of Unlimited Chakra. Minato was able to learn the flying raijin jutsu and the Rasengan and IMPROVE upon both of them, he even learned Sage Mode even though he couldn't fully master it.

ShiNy ArMor Naruto Uzimaki having better chakra control and a random ninja having better chakra control is two different things. Sakura had the best chakra control out of Sasuke and Naruto. Sasuke had less chakra reserves than both Naruto and Sakura but because of his lineage he was able to manipulate chakra natures better than both Naruto and Sakura. Naruto's lineage is one of the defining factors of why he would have been better at jutsu than average ninjas without Kurama. The Uzimaki clan was known for huge chakra reserves and advanced sealing jutsus which serves to why the Uzimaki clan always were the Jinchuuriki for the Konoha village's Nine Tailed Fox. The Namikaze clan were just as known as the Uchiha clan but we're exterminated out of fear of their power, just like the Uchiha clan. Minato spammed Space Time Ninjutsu and even blocked a tailed beast bomb from destroying Konoha. Naruto was bound to be a great ninja because of the genes that his parents passed down to him. Same goes for Kakashi, without the Sharingan he would have still been a great ninja because of the fact that he had done amazing feats such as cutting lighting the instant it touch ground and being able to compete with Might Guy on the level of taijustu ever since a young age, his father was also known as the White Fang of Konoha. Might Guy's dad wasn't recognized to the same extent but he mastered the Eight Gates and was able to kill multiple Legendary Hidden Mist Blademasters using the Gates technique he passed down to his son. These ninjas were bound to be successful with or without any powerups due to the amount of hard work that they put into their strengths that outweighed their weaknesses. Might Guy taught a kid like Rock Lee who can't use any jutsu to be able to blast past the defences of a supposedly untouchable Jinchuuriki like Gaara before even activating any of his gates.
