Any idea how long the map cooldown is? I don't understand how I even got into a cooldown tbh, would it be from picking up a map from a random NPC I killed? Man, haven't been able to get a map to spawn for 2 days or so now, it's getting annoying lol I need to make some money!

@@LampsGamingtbh it suprised me how many people think the MTU settings are only for lan cable, when all you have to do is select your wifi and then click custom then change your DNS and MTU. Then boom, solo lobby.

When I do this glitch after disconnecting and respawning back to camp the bards crossing map is always open and the chest is there instantly.. I don't need to keep opening the map. 😊

@@LampsGaming I don't know bro, I only have to open it once and get the gold, ride to the tree take the map, disconnect, and when I spawn back to camp the map is yellow to indicate the map is open and the controller is vibrating straightaway.

​@@LampsGamingIf you open the bard's crossing map and It vibrates go to the pause menu and go to online and respawn at your camp and it should save the opened map but just be sure to get the bard's crossing map from the tree or you'll have to open it again

I don't think so... I couldn't get a single map to re-spawn since last Thursday-Friday. I tried literally, everything. I even went as far as to uninstall the game, clear cache (both system and game by L1+R1 method) and couldn't get anything to spawn until about 2 hours ago. Now I'm randomly on cooldown again somehow ffs lol Prretty sure it's still 72 hours.

So I'm trying to do this glitch on Xbox and it's pretty inconsistent. I can move my camp near flatneck station, but whenever I load back in to save the position I'm loading into an online lobby which moves my camp to a different position. I can get a solo lobby using netcut or changing appearance but it doesn't work correctly because I always have to load into an online lobby first, does anyone know how I can get around that and immediately load into a solo lobby?

It works flawlessly on ps5, although I've been looking for a method to farm everything but the bard crossing map. I've read that this just doesn't work on Xbox for whatever reason though.. May be something you want to look into or wherever I read that was just completely wrong.. Not sure..

Yeah, I've tried just about everything to get this glitch to work. I even found out that if you freeze your Internet when the loading logo is in the bottom right of your screen for about 7 seconds, you will load into the lobby solo. However, your camp position still gets moved. Plus, the tree just refuses to spawn the treasure map. I think it's because there are other treasure maps or events closer to wherever your camp position is spawned. I guess the best thing to do is load a solo lobby, and filter for treasure maps on the online collector's map. Then, just go for whatever is closest to your camp position.

Try changing your MTU to 800, I've read that sometimes it does not work so try changing to 700 or 650 if you don't know how to change it, google it :)

it sure does. Albeit, not every single time. I think you need to get every map first, then use bard crossig map, which may force only that specific map to spawn? But I've been looking for that same method to force the bard crossing map only to spawn in.
