I believe this could have been a true masterpiece (in some areas, it already is) despite attracting a certain type of fan. With 70 million copies sold, it's fair to say this game deserves far more appreciation than it currently gets. The worst part is that the sessions are now filled with bored players who only target newbies, not to mention the incredibly frustrating script kiddies who break every rule in Rockstar's book without consequence. It's really sad that a gem like this, which got so many things right, is being wasted. I truly hope Rockstar learns from these mistakes, but I'm afraid they won't. As a result, GTA6's multiplayer might be even worse, especially since some key people have left Rockstar, taking the soul of their releases with them.

@@MedicinalBlood you can rob the bank in Saint Denis, break someone out of prison could be harelys friend or something, raid the oil refinery, own property’s, When you do own property’s you can buy wagons with gun turrets like the insurgent pick up and whenever you want it you get it from the interaction menu since it’s a vehicle, Own hot air balloons as well there is so much potential but tbh the same people that want more added to RDO are also the same people that told rockstar to hurry up on GTA 6 that’s why they gave up on red dead online

I still load back into my Lv.375 guy from time to time but it’s really fun playing as a beginner. It’s a bit sad that RS doesn’t provide more higher level / end-game content.

This video is extremely helpful. I feel like the online mode for this game is very harsh to new players, both in the sense that almost nothing is explained, and that most other players have a huge advantage over you if theyve been playing longer because of their upgrades. It almost discouraged me from playing the online mode completely because I am constantly getting my butt kicked and have trouble making enough money to buy better things. This video gave me some hope! I really enjoy the game and don't want to give up, but to be honest it can feel a little bit unfair as a new player, and progression feels really slow. This video explained some basic concepts to me that a new player wouldnt have any way of figuring out by themselves, so thanks for that!

This really is a great game and caters to each players type of gaming style. Mine is collecting which in my opinion is the absolute best way to gain cash and rank the fastest plus you get to see the entire map and all of the scenery. Good luck. ☺️

The roles give you the most money if you want most gold go with the bounty hunting if you just want money try the trader where you hunt animals so when you get 100 goods you can sell it for a decent amount of money

Red dead fumbled so hard with the online feature. They could’ve added so many dlcs like gta online. Bank heists, train robberies, gambling rackets, new legendary bounties, new cool online missions, new horses/clothing, livestock farming/trading, missions that relate to the times of the game such as oil drilling, coal mining, fighting amongst natives and npc outfits for territory, gold panning in rivers/streams

i think we need changes to every role, like moonshiner being cheaper because its expensive and if there isnt double money selling moonshine isnt worth it. Bounty Hunter can really benefit from some more variety, the tracking, and them going towards hide outs all get very repetitive very very fast. The Naturalist can benefit from literally any significant change, the Naturalist is the most boring, time consuming, and grindy role out of them all. It gets ungodly repetitive to simply study animals, shoot animals with sedative rounds, sample them, revive them, and continue. otherwise i really have no complaints with the naturalist. the Trader is fine it has plenty of content for what the butcher table really is. The Collector is just really middle of the road, its boring, profitable, and worth your time, however you get no gold and a ton of player xp. The Collector is repetitive but locations of items change on the daily as well as a weekly item list for a smaller bonus than a full collectible set so its hard to actually say what could benefit this role, however in my personal opinion i find myself the most entertained exploring the map and seeing my favorite story mode locations while getting collectibles. Red Dead Online had and still has an ungodly amount of potential here, i play this game daily and find myself constantly enjoying it, however i still find myself wanting more past times, telegram missions, the ability to fish on boats out in flat iron lake, more horse customization, more gun belt trinkets, more weapon customization options, more clothing accessories, more variety to each role, and most of all, as basic as it sounds im a daily rdrO player so… BANK HEISTS. ANYTHING THATS A HEIST. We Need And Have Wanted High Stakes Robberies That Pay Ungodly Amounts Of Money And Gold.

Feels bad, how do you have a game being built for years, release an online mode (makes you hella money) and then don’t even make a singular big update to bring content or care for the people who bought the game, like literally 1-2 good update for online probably would’ve been needed/accepted (At least 1 New Role [Miner, Role: go to mines and excavate gold and other ores/minerals] they could’ve brought properties like houses and huts/Businesses, Tobacco business, Butcher business, Saloon/Brothel business [just ideas] the updates could’ve introduced deep mines to go explore and use the new role for, minecarts, Dynamite bundles and Switches would be introduced, HandHeld lantern would become placable, Torches would be a new item and new crafting recipe (only crafted in mines when finding loose wood Planks to turn into torches) Heists/Robberies would be introduced (probably first, since mines/caves would change the world structure a little, mostly on some edges of the map by mountains and caves and some big hills) I would Make Two trains travel all of RDO, 1 Supply train (the one we see already) and 1 Passenger Train, both can robbed, the Supply train will carry various amounts of supplies for Your business to either rob them for yourself or sabotage for some small Money/Gold The passenger train will carry both, Rich and Poor people across train carts, can rob the whole train (including the people) Authorities will be notified but will take a bit to arrive, passengers have a chance to fight you back mid strip/Robbery, Banks Would have vaults filled with gold, cash and Gems/jewelry, Heists would be set up by a new online character introduced or story mode character, each Bank has its own Specialty items to rob for extra cash and XP (Gold, Jewelry, Certificates/Bonds) Located in dedicated spots….there is so much potential if you really think about it
