No Frying! I always to cook a lot of this delicious fish. Wonderful Dinner
2-3 pieces fresh whole fish of any kind (branzino,)
1.5 tsp salt, seafood spices
3 pcs potatoes
1 large bell pepper
200 g carrots
6-7 cloves of garlic
150 g cherry tomatoes
1 red onion
salt, pepper, herbs de Provence, paprika
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
each fish contains red onion, lemon, fresh or dry oregano
4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
lettuce leaves, parsley, lemon
bake vegetables for 30 minutes 200C +30 minutes with fish 190C (if the fish is up to 500g)
