No Further Stay Condition On All Visitor Visa in Australia

Hello Kwame. Pls o I have applied for Tourist visa/Business stream And Did my Biometrics on 29th November 2023 . And it Been Already 4 to 5 months.?? What would you Advise? And Again Should I continue to Even Wait For The decision Or they Won’t Respond At all. Because that’s what Am Thinking Right Now.

There is now a ban on people from certain countries and states within coming to Australia due to issues caused by the bad ones this now affects legitimate people. The biggest problem was India, they did not study and disappeared into the Diaspora looking for work with no intention of returning home. Due to the massive housing problem the restrictions will be tightened even further

They say that they are going to increase no further stay condition. It does not mean that this condition for all visitors.

Post graduate visa 485, they might reduce the eligible age to 35years but at this stage it's just news as they haven't released the legislation to that yet. Please email me on [e-mail] and I will give you my whatsapp number.

Hi Kwame, thank you for all you do I have an offer for a PhD in computer science from university of southern Queensland my only concern is the age cap on postgraduate work permits at 35 will be over that at the point of graduation pls any idea on ways to switch for pr after school I am having cold feet.
